This is a Two-Headed Giant Sealed event, entry is $130 per team ($65 per player). Details on the format can be found here: https://magic.wizards.com/en/formats/sealed-deck
Each Strixhaven prerelease pack contains 5 Play Boosters and 1 seeded booster themed around a Strixhaven College. When purchasing a ticket, each player will be asked to select a college preference. This selection is not guaranteed, prerelease packs will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. The event will run for 3 rounds. Each team receives 4 Secrets of Strixhaven Play Boosters (2 per player) as participation prizes at the conclusion of the event.
