Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Games Portal account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
